Key duties and responsibilities
• Prepare schemes of work and lesson plans
• Deliver lessons and facilitate nursery classes.
• Carry out ECD learner progress assessment.
• Assess ECD learners’ behaviour and health.
• Develop and improve ECD learning aids.
• Establish a conducive learning environment.
• Organize classrooms for effective learning.
Person specification
• Certificate in Diploma in Early Childhood Development/Nursery Teaching.
• A Diploma may be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good moral standing with exemplary character.
• Fluency in spoken/written English language.
• Customer Centric in delivery of services.
