Job Title: Inventory Clerk Packaging – x1Vac
Band XI-A
Reports to: Packaging Manager
Duty Station: Jinja
Job Purpose
• Ensure that all governance processes and documentation are followed and completed to ensure that any and all physical movement of inventory is correctly reflected in SAP.
• Place orders with suppliers for raw materials required for production. .

Duties and Responsibilities include:
Health, Safety and Environment
• Comply with safe, health and environmental procedures and legislation.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
• Identification of unsafe practices through SIO’s.
• Safety inspections conducted.
• Execution of Ab Inbev Safety Standards and Procedures.
• Adherence to PPE policies.
Inventory
• Ensure all stock reflected in SAP balances to physical stock weekly.
• Raw materials are ordered & available on time for production.
• Suppliers’ queries & GR/IR managed tightly.
• Reconcile & balance stock issues to Brewing to SAP
Communication & working in Teams
• Monitor and ensure Packaging Raw material supply to production through correspondence with Team leaders & forklift drivers and factor into production plan.
• Handle Departmental Administrative duties.
• Communicate effectively in teams.
• Contribute to self and team development
Reports
• Ensure adherence to the Africa Zone Inventory Control Policy by means of governance through weekly and monthly reports satisfied customers – no rework.
• Prepare Departmental performance reports.

Apply knowledge & Skills of VPO & FEFO.
• Execution of VPO Standards
• Portray good knowledge of VPO
• Adherence to FEFO Standards
• Demonstrate high energy, balanced personality self-discipline and drive, conceptualizing and innovative thinking, goal oriented and a strong output bias.
• Have a proactive mindset & ability to communicate (verbal and written).

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Preferably B.Sc. Engineering Degree – Mechanical / Electrical or Finance related field
• Min. National Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Finance related field.
• Good leadership potential
• Good knowledge of Computer processes and technologies.
• Strong Mathematical acumen.
• Familiarity with maintenance systems e.g. COSWIN.
• Good attention to details.
