Senior Electrician at New Vision Engineering

We would like to hire an Senior Electrician to join our team. You will be responsible for installing and repairing & calibrating complex electrical control unit (ECU), transmission control valve testing and calibrating, Pressure Pump checking and calibrating wiring, and lighting systems working from a technical software Like ET,SIS . To perform in this role you need an electrician or related degree or diploma from a technical college and experience in the field working on simple and complex caterpillar and related machinery electrical systems..

Electrician Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain and repair electrical control, transmission calibrating and maintains, hydraulic system maintains and calibration, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Perform general electrical maintenance.
• Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices.
• Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
• Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
• Good knowledge of various test equipment.
• Build and assemble machines or electrical components according to requirements
• Inspect machines, engines, transmissions etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues.

• Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner
• Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment and systems
• Clean and check electrical lines based on service hours .
• Undertake other duties as assigned (e.g. repair of hydraulic systems, injection pump etc.)
• Manage, organise and control an efficient electrical engineering workshop.

Electrician Requirements:
• Deep & Proven experience as Senior electrician.,
• Proven experience on caterpillar machinery is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of machinery and hydraulic, transmissions, electrical and other systems and their components.
• Aptitude in using various software (SIS,ET etc.) and administrations ,diagnose and calibrate the machine by software properly .
• Strong Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instruction, blueprints etc.
• Very good communication skills
• A problem-solving ability
• Bachelor degree or diploma in electrical engendering or related filed.
• Valid certification (e.g SIS,ET) is preferred
