RESPONSIBILTY OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
The SALES TEAM LEADER will be responsible for taking on the Team growth and Management role with the following as the key performance indicators;
a. Recruit Commission based Life Assurance Sales Agents
b. Train new Agents and exiting Agents
c. Supervise and manage the Sales Team
d. Ensure that the team achieves the set Daily Sales Targets
REQUIREMENTS:
a. Academic Qualifications: Minimum of A Degree from a reputable institution.
b. Age: Between 28 and 40 years
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
i. Computer Literate
ii. Ability to make reports
iii. Fluent in Written and spoken English
