Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic team players to join our dynamic teams in trade management that aim to promote Pay vault’s services. You will be assigned to a region of operation as indicated in your application letter and in line with our recruitment areas. The sales executive will be responsible for building pay vault business by identifying and selling prospects; recruiting new agents and maintaining relationships with existing pay vault agents. To ensure good customer service, improved performance and profitability as well as effective risk control and management in line with pay vault’s objectives. .
Key duties and responsibilities:
• Recruitment of payvault agents.
• Driving activity amongst agents through float acquisition and transactions
• Retention of recruited agents
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Penetration of new markets. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
• Prepares monthly reports on activities by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Key results Area:
• Recruitment of at least 4 new agents per day
• Maintain at least 95% active agent base
• Identification of at least 4 new markets per month.
• Agent retention rate of 95%.
Key Relationships
Internal: Head of Trade and field operations manager & Revenue, Assurance and Administration Manager.
External: Regulators, customers, consultants.
Authority Levels
As set down in Pay vault’s policy and procedures for a position at payvault trade executive.
Experience and Knowledge required
• Degree in Business or equivalent with 1 year / Diploma with 3 years marketing/promotions/advertising sales or business administration experience or commercial work in digital financing technology.
• Good knowledge of digital financial services and technology Solutions with significant experience in customized financial and billing solutions and at least 1 years’ experience at a trade executive level.
• Team player with strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Meticulous, outgoing personality, assertive and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
• Age: Below 35 years.
• Applicants with no experience but with keen interest in digital tech. financial solutions are welcome.
• Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for more senior appointment.
