Project Director and Child Development Officers at South Ankole Diocese

South Ankole Diocese – Church of Uganda is seeking qualified persons for the posts in Child development centres of Project Director and Child Development Officers .

Duties:
• To serve as witness for Christ
• Act as advocates for Children and caregivers
• Participate in programme activities
• Monitoring and Evaluation of home based interventions
• Home visits, group activities and support the Church in identifying beneficiaries.
• Prepare and implement partner plans and budgets
• Work hand in hand with the Church in the development of the Children’s Church.

Qualifications, skills, and Experience
• Holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Development studies, Education. Social Science, Humanities and related disciplines.
• Born again Christian with testimony that demonstrates involvement in Church ministry.
• Good steward of high integrity with Heart of Children
• At least with 2 years’ experience working with Children and youth
• Computer literate
• Good communication, Advocacy, and Community mobilization
• Age between 25 – 40
• Male and female are equally treated
