Field agronomist at Coffee Agribusiness Company

One of the leading coffee companies in Uganda considers to recruit for the following vacancies in the near future in the following field based locations. Funding for these positions shall be subject to actual market conditions. Exact duty stations will be function of business needs. • Elgon region
• Rwenzori / Rubirizi
• Bushenyi /Ibanda
• Okoro region .

Responsibilities:
• Organize agribusiness trainings and set up demo gardens
• Source traceable coffee through lead farmers and collection centres

Qualifications & Required Skills:
• A diploma in the field of Agriculture
• Passionate about coffee and good understanding of agronomy and supply chain
• 2 years of Experience in coffee extension or trading
• Fluent in local language AND English.
• Love for field work
• Willing to reside in the zone
• Motorcycle riding permit
