We are seeking for a suitable candidate to fill the Position of Business Process Analyst
Reports to: Head of Innovations & Business Transformation
Job purpose:

The purpose of this role is to drive the Business Transformation strategy execution through designing new business models; streamlining and reengineering existing business processes improving efficiency and TAT. The resource shall also support to the Organization wide change management and Culture Change.
The Role Holder shall drive New Edge thinking enabling Efficiency and Business growth focusing on the New/Future Customer Requirements.

Key Result Areas:

• Execute the Bank’s Digital Transformation Strategy
• Conduct and lead Process Redesign Workshops to drive forward thinking organization wide
• Model business processes and define requirements, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Work with solutions Developers and 3rd Party Vendors ensuring that the Solutions Delivered meet the Business requirements and Objectives
• Strategic thinking and driving innovations into New solutions or Business Models
• Identify and Drive New Strategic Partnerships supporting Linkage banking Models and Collaborations with Fintechs
• Drive Digitization change management and Organization wide Change Management
• Project Management
• Track Benefits Realization from all Digitization Projects embarked on
• Monitoring, Measuring and reporting of Process performance
• Contribute to research goals and outline ideas for the evaluation, development, demonstration and implementation of research
• Any other Duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications and Experience:

• • Sound knowledge of technological trends and Disruptive Technologies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing, Accounting, Business Statistics or related field
  • Certifications in OCA, OCP or SQL Server is an added Advantage
  • Strong SQL and Data Analytics Skills
  • At least 4+ years of technical in SQL, PL-SQL, Python, DotNet React, Java, Jbase or T24 Programming
  • Sound knowledge of Banking Reporting Requirements and KPI’s

Skills, Abilities and Job Related Knowledge:

• • Excellent knowledge of systems analysis, prototyping, construction, integration, and migration functions
  • Sound Knowledge of API Banking Technologies
  • Good Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Good Communication and Inter-personal Skills
