Skip Trace Officer at Platinum Credit

LOCATION: Upcountry
To ensure proper management of assigned credit facilities in default in such a way that loss to PCL is minimized, controlled or avoided..

Key duties/responsibilities:
• Track and locate clients using a variety of resources, both online and offline, to try to locate targeted individuals. This can include basic internet searches using specific databases, or even interviewing friends or family who may have information.
• Identify Assets and collateral of clients which is valuable in locating the individual, finding bank accounts, owned property, and other valuable assets.
• Responsible for conducting searches to verify if information about an individual is still current. This may include verifying property records on government websites or contacting employers or landlords.
• Responsible for performing data entry on the PCL system on tasks carried out. Keeping all client information complete and updated helps make sure that clients can be located in the future, if necessary and references can be done if need arises.

Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
• A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar position/ any other collections related role preferably in financial institution.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Preferably between 25-35 Years of age
