Job Purpose
• Manage the accounting and finance of the company in an efficient and effective manner
• Work out costing of product and budgeting activity after getting input from the different departments and ensure that it is done cm time.
• Write the monthly, quarterly, annually and adhoc MIS to management detailing…
• Calculate and submit all company taxation and export related compliance which includes….
• Ensure accurate monthly closure of books of accounts
• Responsible for day to day accounting (payments, receivable, sales & purchase booking}
• Ensure there is proper inventory management
• Coordinate with internal auditor and get the audit done within fixed timelines
• Banking and financial management
• Responsible for Banking, cash flow, fund flow and Finance Management
