JOB Description – Country Director – RAHU
Responsible for overall Management of Staff; Strategy, Coordination and Representation; Overall Management of Programs; Operational Management.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Political Science, Development Studies or Technical field, Ability to deal with stressful situations, Ability to work within a team setting, Ability to adapt within the working environment.

Experience
• At least 5 years’ previous field experience in an NGO with focus on SRHR.
• Minimum of one year’s previous experience in an NGO in managerial position.
• Previous management experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge or experience of donor guidelines indispensable.
