International Lifeline Fund (Lifeline) is a registered nongovernmental organization in Uganda, with project offices in Lira, Apac and Moroto. Lifeline has been doing humanitarian and development work in Uganda since 2006 through its Environment and Water, Sanitation & Hygiene Programs. International Lifeline Fund is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, motivated Ware House Officer and Logistic Assistant to join our dynamic and supportive team. .
Key Responsibilities:
In close collaboration with the Senior Logistic Officer, the Ware House Officer will be responsible for the management of the overall store operations of International Lifeline Fund (ILF) with a particular focus on development of a plan to monitor the usage levels of storage, managing warehouse facilities and reviewing the quality and efficiency of warehouse storage and layout plan. The WHO will ensure that all ILF business is conducted in a professional manner which complies with ILF policies and guidelines
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum of Diploma in Ware House and store Management, or related field.
• At least three (3) years of proven work experience in Warehouse management.
• Strong planning, communication and organizational skills plus competence in with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, data base software) is an added advantage.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards is a must.
