The International Institute of Rural Reconstruction (IIRR) Uganda is part of an international Development, training and research institution that was established back in 1960 empowering rural communities and Organizations. IIRR operates a global training Centre from its headquarters in the Philippines, Asia with regional offices in both Asia and Africa. In Africa. IIRR implements programs aimed at empowering communities to end poverty, in Uganda. Kenya. South Sudan, Ethiopia and Zimbabwe.
