Coffee Quality Assistant at Reputable Company

A leading commodity export entity in East Africa is in the process of recruiting a Coffee Quality Assistant .

The applicant should possess a University degree in a Science related discipline from a recognized University. The incumbent, with a minimum of 5 years of working for a reasonably big coffee Processor and Exporter, with a clear and understandable reason of previous employment termination is most ideal.

Description of Responsibilities
• The Employee will be member of an existing Coffee Quality team with whom they will handle coffee receipts and establish standard parameters arising from drawn samples.
• The Employee will further be required, whilst at the employers coffee laboratory to give a full analysis of all required reports; participate in cupping and also document the cup and table analysis as the case may be.
• The Employee will at times be required to work of station. This deployment will however be subject to no direct supervision therefore a high degree of responsibility, trust and professionalism is required.
• The Employee will follow the guidelines and instructions set forth by the Management.
