Job title: Shipping Supervisor
The Key Job Description
• Making Online Booking with shipping line
• Cross checking vessel schedules and sharing Booking confirmations with coffee Traffic Team.
• Scheduling Containers and follow up for prompt delivery by forwarders for Stuffing
• When cargo is loaded, preparing and handle all transportation documents for both Export purposes
• Liaisons with forwarding and Clearing Agencies concerning return of all export documents and transportation update.
• Compile all documents when they are retuned by the forwarder.
• Issuing shipping instructions to Forwarders and insuring smooth Boarder clearance for all containers.
• Submitting online Shipping instructions on Shipping Line Web Portals on time
• Timely obtaining of BL Draft and ensuring shipping Documents are share with the Traffic Team on time. Requirements:
• Proven record of experience of the management of logistics with a reputable Agro Commodities Exporting company of at least 3 Years. is an added advantage.
• Experience to prepare timely, complete, and accurate reports.

• Experience to prepare timely, complete, and accurate reports.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with analytic approach
• Strong interpersonal, management and leadership skills Ability to integrate and work well within multi-ethnic and multicultural teams
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
